In-person Meeting Attendance Cost Calculator

Please note that a retainer of £100 in addition to the minimum 4 hours charge is required. This is to cover any unforseen additional time and will be refunded if not used. Additional time is billed upon completion of the meeting. This calculation includes the full £100 retainer & minimum of 4 hours.

Train/fuel costs will be added to the final bill, purchased upon acceptance of your proposal with an agreed amount given within your proposal once we know the location and times of your in-person meeting.

A maximum 1 hour travel fee of £70 is included to cover travel to and from a designated train station
